    WE WILL BE TRIALING OUR NEW TIMETABLE AS OF MONDAY THE 19TH OF SEP. WE WILL BE ADDING A 9:30AM CLASS TO EVERY MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY. WE WILL BE COMBINING OUR EVENING CLASSES ON FRIDAY TO ONE SESSION AT 5:30PM. THIS WILL BE JUST A TRAIL FOR NOW SO IF YOU LIKE THE NEW TIMES PLEASE USE THEM AND WE WILL MAKE THEM PERMANENT.

    Hey if any one saw a black crossfit hoody (large) on the red floor mats last wednesday, could you let me know. I left it there tuesday night. Unfortunetly I did not put my name on it or mark it, its a bit dirty though.
