I have been doing CrossFit for nearly 2 years now. I was lacking knowledge on how to move forwards on skills I was trying to learn by myself and now I have been working with Coach Hannah for nearly 4 months, which has changed everything.
In our first meeting we discussed my personal goals and what I want to get out of my training. Moving forward, Han has given me the knowledge and the tools to progress through a range of skills I have been focusing on. A lot of the work may not seem pretty or fun to begin with, but the results have more than spoken for themselves.
Han teaches how to move better and get stronger with training movements that I didn’t know existed. There are some things in life that can be hard, but it does not have to be if you ask for help, and rise above, put the hard effort in, and trust the system that my Coach Han has instilled into my training.
While in the gym, I get personal help on skills that may not look right, and I post videos to get feedback anytime through out the week. This makes working with Han a lot easier, so I have constant communication and feedback through the coaching/client phone app.
I cannot thank Han enough for the effort she puts in to help me out, and fully recommended her as coach for anyone wanting to improve their own personal goals, however small or large they may be.
