What will my first time in your gym be like?

On your first visit, one of our coaches will give you a tour of the facility and then we’ll talk through what you are looking for in a gym membership.

If you are an experienced CrossFitter, one of our Coaches will take you through at least one introduction session so that we can get to know about you and your goals, see how you move to learn your strengths and weaknesses and take you through a workout.

If you are new to CrossFit, we’ll book you in for our introduction course, which is six sessions. Each session includes coaching through the fundamental movements that we do in the gym and a workout.

What is "CrossFit"?

CrossFit is a full body strength and conditioning program, designed to make you fitter and stronger.

Our gym program is scaleable and adaptable for members of all fitness levels, abilities and ages.

I’m not in very good shape… can I come to your gym?

Our program is scaleable and adaptable for people of all fitness levels, abilities and ages.

Whether your goal is to have more energy to keep up with your young children or to complete a triathlon, we can help.

What’s your drop-in policy?

Travelling CrossFitters are always welcome to come and train with us!

If you are just passing through, our drop in fee is $20 per session. If you will be in Brisbane for a while, speak to us about a temporary membership.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled class time so that you can have a tour of the gym and complete our Waiver forms. You can find our class schedule Here.

Can I do my own thing in your gym?

Our program is delivered through group classes. Our Crew all complete the same workout (or a variation of the workout to suit them) each day and the program is different every day.

We also have Open Gym times each day. During Open Gym, our members can use the gym facilities to do their own thing – for example, complete a class workout that they missed or complete personalised skill programming.

How often do you recommend I come to the gym?

If you’re new to exercise, choose a schedule that you can commit to consistency. We recommend coming two to three days per week for your first month or so.

Once you can consistently attend at least three sessions per week and if your body is feeling good, you can add additional sessions from there.
