    Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes following the rep scheme below:
    45kg Thruster, 3 reps
    3 Chest to bar Pull-ups
    45kg Thruster, 6 reps
    6 Chest to bar Pull-ups
    45kg Thruster, 9 reps
    9 Chest to bar Pull-ups
    45kg Thruster, 12 reps
    12 Chest to bar Pull-ups
    45kg Thruster, 15 reps
    15 Chest to bar Pull-ups

    Lucky last guys! We will be hosting the workout for all CrossFit Roar members at Thursday 7pm, Friday 7am, 10:30am, 6:30pm. We will include this as our Saturday morning WOD for the 7:30am class. Scaling will be provided for those who need it, however for your score to count you need to do the workout as written. THERE WILL BE NO EXTRA SESSION AT 8:30AM. Please make sure you are warmed up ready to go at these times. Make sure you have watched the movement standards before coming in. Good luck!!
