    MEN
    Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
    15 Box jumps, 24″ box
    52.5kg Push press, 12 reps
    9 Toes-to-bar

    WOMEN
    Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
    15 Box jumps, 20″ box
    35kg Push press, 12 reps
    9 Toes-to-bar

    We will be running this workout at Thursday 7pm, Friday 7am, 10:30am, 6:30pm and Saturday at 8:30am. Make sure that you watch and understand the movements in the video before you come in. Good luck!
