    Today’s workout is in honour of former CrossFit Roar member and dedicated soldier Jarrad Brown, who lost his battle with depression just over a week ago, and is being laid to rest today. Our thoughts are with his family and close friends at this extremely tough time. Jarrad served his country multiple times overseas and will be missed by everyone who knew him. Rest in peace Browny.
