    3 Rounds, each for time but 2 min time cap:

    • 6 Power Cleans 60/40kg (VO is 70/50kg)
    • 3 Front Squat
    • 6 Jerks (Push or split)
    • 3 Front Squat

    Rest 2 min between rounds

    Then EMOM for 9 min rotating through three movements:

    • 1) Max Muscle Ups in 30 sec 
    • 2) Max Pistols in 30 sec (alternating)
    • 3) Max double unders in 30 sec
