THERE WILL BE ONE REGULAR CLASS TODAY AT 7AM. Briefing for Open workout 16.3 will commence directly after at 8am. IT IS MANDATORY that all athletes competing in the Open attend the brief, and have watched the movement standards video below before coming in.
