    “Burpee Ladder”

    Complete 1 Burpee on the start of the first minute,
    2 Burpees on the second minute,
    3 Burpees on the third minute until you can no longer complete the number within the minute.

    PLEASE NOTE WE WILL BE SHUT FOR THE EASTER BREAK ON FRIDAY 6TH OF APRIL UNTIL TUESDAY 10TH OF APRIL. FIRST CLASS WILL BE 6AM TUSEDAY MORNING. WODS WILL BE POSTED FOR YOU TO COMPLETE AT HOME. HAVE A GREAT BREAK GUYS!
