Here we go guys its on this weekend!! We will open registration at 7:30am, brief the first workout at 8am with a 8:30am start time for the first heat. There will be 2 WODs for everyone and 1 final WOD for the top 10 Males and Females. The day will finish no later than 1pm. We will be having a 30min break between the first and second WOD’s with a 1 hour break before the final WOD. Some of the movements you can expect to see will be:
Thrusters, Double Unders, KB swings, Burpees, Ground to Overhead, Sled Drags, Wallballs and a few other movements that we will brief on the day. WOD’s will be released on the Saturday morning.
You are more than welcome to bring along your family and friends to watch you throw down. Get pumped up guys, this will be a fun day with some great workouts!!
